I am very pleased to present the 'electric' trio. Embracing the energized fusion side of jazz, this group really embodies what I believe jazz is - living, dynamic music. I am very pleased to be joined by two outstanding musical artists: Tony Donato on bass guitar (a Fender Bass VI) and Paul Albrecht on drums. Studio tracks were recorded in November and December of 2019 and the live selections at our premiere performance on 2/9/20.

Releasing this album on 4/2/21 is an homage to Larry Coryell - it's his birthday. Larry inspired me to get serious with the guitar and eventually became a mentor and dear friend with whom I performed on numerous occasions.

My thanks and appreciation go out to: my family; Tony and Paul and their families; Larry Coryell; Daisaku Ikeda; the Soka Gakkai International; Godin Guitars and Breezy Ridge Instruments (aka John Pearse Strings).
