In addition to working with me in countless trios and quartets, bassist Bill Zola and I played together in an acoustic jazz duo. Recorded during a live date years ago, this is a stunning example of the rapport that informed every performance. This recording will always serve as a tribute to a fantastically talented musician and a dear friend.
